KaziYangu Mobile ERP Product Listing Policies

When listing products on KaziYangu Mobile ERP you have to keep in mind that there are some requirements that are expected from KaziYangu Mobile ERP. As a seller, you are expected to know the KaziYangu Mobile ERP product listing policies. If you don't, it can result in the suspension of your KaziYangu Mobile ERP selling account and losing your selling privileges.

What is The Seller Code of Conduct?

KaziYangu Mobile ERP states:

"KaziYangu Mobile ERP enables you to reach hundreds of customers. We strive to ensure a fair and trustworthy buyer and seller experience. At KaziYangu Mobile ERP, we expect you to adhere to the code of conduct principles outlined below. Violation of the code of conduct principles may result in the loss of your selling privileges and removal from KaziYangu Mobile ERP Marketplace".

Below is a list of the seller code of conduct principles:

  1. Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all KaziYangu Mobile ERP policies.
  2. Maintain current account information.
  3. Never misrepresent yourself.
  4. Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for KaziYangu Mobile ERP customers.
  5. Never list products that may cause harm to KaziYangu Mobile ERP customers.
  6. Never engage in any misleading, inappropriate or offensive behaviour. This applies to all your activities, including but not limited to:
    • Information provided on your account
    • Information provided in listings, content or images
    • Communication between you and KaziYangu Mobile ERP or you and our customers
  7. Act fairly at all times. Unfair behaviour includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Behaviour that could be deemed as manipulation or "gaming" of any part of the buying or selling experience
    • Actions that could be perceived as manipulating customer reviews, including by directly or indirectly contributing false, misleading or inauthentic content
    • Activities that could be perceived as attempting to manipulate KaziYangu Mobile ERP's search results or sales rankings
    • Actions that intentionally damage another seller, their listings or their ratings

General Prohibitions

  1. You shall not list any Product with content that is restricted or prohibited by a federal state, local law or regulation in any country or jurisdiction. You shall be responsible for ensuring that you are not listing such a Product.
  2. You shall not list any Product that infringes or misappropriates any third party's rights (including any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights).
  3. You shall not list any Product that contains any virus, malware, Trojans or any other software that may disrupt, threaten or damage the operation and functioning of KaziYangu Mobile ERP Cloud's systems and/or the end-users' computers.
  4. You shall not list any Product that unreasonably collects personal data from end-users.
  5. KaziYangu Mobile ERP has the right to deny the listing of or directly remove any Product submitted by you which, in the sole and absolute discretion of KaziYangu Mobile ERP, violates the above, any applicable terms and conditions of the Marketplace and/or KaziYangu Mobile ERP Website, violates any applicable law, infringes or misappropriates the rights of any third party, is deemed or alleged to be fraudulent and/or controversial in nature, may disrupt, threaten or damage the operation and functioning of the KaziYangu Mobile ERP Platform (including any and all of our regional or operational webpages) and/or the Marketplace. KaziYangu Mobile ERP may at our sole discretion notify you of our awareness of such circumstances and may at our sole discretion take any relevant enforcement actions against you as deemed appropriate.
